CloserMX collects only the data needed to run your account and the deals, contacts, and activities your workspace creates inside it. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Data we store
- Account: email, name, and your billing customer id
- Workspace: deals, contacts, activities, tasks, huddles, and feedback you create
- Operational: IP-derived location and user agent, kept for security auditing
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising. We use it to run your account, support you, and keep the service secure.
Sub-processors
A few trusted vendors process data on our behalf so the product can run. Each is bound by its own data-protection terms:
- Clerk — sign-in and account authentication
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
- Cloudflare — hosting, application database, and edge delivery
- Resend — transactional email (invites, receipts, account notices)
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on CloserMX.
Your rights & data deletion
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@closermx.com and we'll action account deletion — including workspace data — within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer where the law requires it (for example, billing history).
