By using CloserMX you agree to these terms.

Service
CloserMX is provided as-is, without warranty. Cancel anytime via the billing portal. We may update, throttle, or sunset features as the product evolves; we'll give notice on material changes.
Accounts & eligibility
You're responsible for your account and everything done under it — keep your credentials safe. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you may not use CloserMX if a previous account was suspended for abuse.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law, don't store data you're not entitled to, don't abuse the API, don't try to circumvent quota or auth. We will suspend accounts found to be violating the spirit or the letter of this section.
Your data
The deals, contacts, and notes your workspace creates are yours. We claim no ownership of your content and use it only to operate the service. You can export or delete it at any time — email hello@closermx.com.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the previous twelve months of subscription fees.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the product changes. For material changes we'll give notice in-app or by email; continuing to use CloserMX after a change means you accept it.
